At a glance
This is the personal portfolio of Ivan Druzhinin. The site has no user accounts, contact forms, newsletter, advertising, checkout or online payments. It does not sell personal information or use data for targeted advertising.
The site does not use automated decision-making or visitor profiling.
Cloudflare Web Analytics runs only if you allow analytics. You can use the whole site if you decline and can change your choice at any time with the control below.
Cloudflare Network Error Logging may send reports about connection failures independently of your Web Analytics choice. It is described below.
Who operates this site
This site is operated by Ivan Druzhinin, an individual based in Serbia. For privacy questions or requests, contact druzhinin@dcip3.com.
For the processing described below, Ivan Druzhinin is the data controller where applicable.
Information processed when you visit
The site is delivered through Cloudflare Workers, CDN and R2. As part of providing and protecting the site, Cloudflare processes technical request information that may include your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or User-Agent information, HTTP and security metadata, response status and a Cloudflare request identifier.
Cloudflare Workers Logs and traces may contain request, response, error and invocation metadata. They are used only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site. Under the current Cloudflare Workers Free plan, persisted Workers Logs are retained for three days.
The legal basis for this processing, where personal data law applies, is my legitimate interest in securely publishing and maintaining the site. I do not use these logs to create visitor profiles or identify individual visitors.
Network error logging
Cloudflare Network Error Logging (NEL) is enabled as an operational diagnostic. Cloudflare adds NEL and Report-To response headers. If a supported browser records a network failure while reaching this site, it may send a report to a.nel.cloudflare.com. This operates independently of Cloudflare Web Analytics and your analytics choice.
A report can include the failed and previous-page URLs, referrer, request method, protocol, failure phase, elapsed time, status code, error type and server IP information. Cloudflare uses the source IP while processing the report to derive the network provider or ASN, country and metro area and to associate the report with this domain and Cloudflare account.
Cloudflare states that the source IP exists only in volatile memory for the lifetime of the request to its NEL endpoint, is not logged in the NEL pipeline, and that personal or user-specific information is purged after processing. Cloudflare also states that NEL reports are not shared with third parties.
I use the resulting reachability information only to diagnose availability, certificate, routing and connectivity failures. I do not use NEL for advertising, profiling or identifying individual visitors, and do not combine it with Web Analytics. Where personal data law applies, the legal basis is my legitimate interest in maintaining the availability and security of this site.
A supported browser may retain the NEL reporting policy for up to seven days under the current max_age=604800 setting. This is the policy lifetime in the browser, not a report-retention period. I do not maintain a separate database of NEL reports.
Analytics
If you select Allow, the site loads Cloudflare Web Analytics. It measures page visits and real-world performance using browser APIs. The information can include the page and landing URL, referrer, a per-page load identifier, navigation and resource timing, memory and paint measurements, Core Web Vitals, and general browser, operating system and country dimensions.
Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies, localStorage or cross-site identifiers, does not fingerprint visitors and does not retain the source IP address in its RUM pipeline. The source IP is necessarily received while the analytics request is handled and is discarded by Cloudflare at the nearest data centre. Analytics is not used for advertising or to follow you across websites.
The analytics script is loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com, and measurements are sent to Cloudflare for processing. Unsampled beacon data is retained by Cloudflare for seven days and is then reduced into aggregated data; analytics reports are currently available to me for the previous six months. Cloudflare may retain aggregated statistics for longer as described in its documentation.
Analytics runs only after your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time through the Open privacy settings control near the top of this page. Withdrawal applies to future collection and does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Cookies and browser storage
Cloudflare Web Analytics itself does not use cookies or browser storage. This site uses the following limited browser storage:
dcip3.analyticsConsentin localStorage stores whether analytics is allowed or declined, together with the notice version and decision dates. It expires after 180 days. This storage is necessary to remember and respect your choice.dcip3.preloader.introSeenin sessionStorage prevents the intro from replaying during the same tab session.dcip3.projectsIndex.viewModein sessionStorage remembers the selected project view during the same tab session.dcip3.projectsReels.activeRealIndexin sessionStorage preserves the current visual position during the same tab session.dcip3.mindmapReels.activeRealIndexin sessionStorage preserves the current visual position during the same tab session.
SessionStorage is removed when the browser tab or session ends. These interface values are not sent to advertising services and are not used to identify you.
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, such as cf_clearance, if a visitor is presented with and passes a security challenge. These cookies are used to prevent repeated challenges and protect the site, not for advertising. The default cf_clearance duration is 30 minutes, although the exact duration can depend on the active Cloudflare security configuration.
No marketing cookies are used.
The contact links on this site open your email application. Nothing is sent merely by opening a mailto: link. If you choose to email me, I receive the address you use, the content and metadata of the message, your signature or name if supplied, and any attachments you include.
I use this information to read, answer and manage correspondence. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to messages and, where your message concerns possible work or another agreement, taking steps at your request before a contract.
Email is provided through Apple iCloud Mail, so Apple may process email-related data under its own terms and privacy information. I normally delete concluded correspondence within 12 months after the last message unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active relationship, a contract, accounting, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
Weather information
The weather displayed in the site footer is obtained through the site’s own /api/weather endpoint using a fixed location in Serbia. The site does not request your location and does not send your IP address or device location to Open-Meteo for this feature.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides DNS, security, CDN, Workers, storage, logs and analytics infrastructure. Apple provides email hosting. These providers may process information in more than one country. Where Cloudflare acts as a processor of personal data, its Data Processing Addendum provides contractual data-protection terms and transfer safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing concerned, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of data you provided in a portable format. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
To make a request, email druzhinin@dcip3.com. I may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm that the request concerns you. I will normally respond within 30 days, subject to any extension permitted by applicable law.
You may also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia or, where applicable, another competent data-protection authority.

Changes
I may update this notice if the site, its providers or applicable requirements change. The current version and date will always be published on this page. If a change materially affects analytics consent, the stored choice will be reset and the site will ask again.
